Chris has worked in retail for 22 years, from publicly-traded big box retailers to the smallest, local independents. He’s led operations teams in the opening of dozens of stores, excelled at multiunit management, and has helped to flip P&Ls of countless retail units from red to black.
Sure, the credentials are there: MBA, Certified Lean Consultant, and Accredited Small Business Consultant; but it’s the years of real-world experience in process improvement and implementation that he’s most proud of. From scrubbing toilets to designing the bathrooms, if it’s a task that’s necessary to make an operation work, he’s probably done it and then found a way to make it more efficient.
Spurred by the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on some of their favorite local businesses, Chris and his wife, Melissa, formed Lane Consulting Partners in 2021 to apply their expertise in the aid of their neighbors.
He’s savvy enough to help you find money in your operation, and experienced enough to lead you to it.
