Chris has worked in retail for 22 years, from publicly-traded big box retailers to the smallest, local independents. He’s led operations teams in the opening of countless stores, excelled at multiunit management, and has helped to flip P&Ls from many retail units from red to black. Sure, the credentials are there: MBA, Certified Lean Consultant, and Accredited Small Business Consultant; but it’s the years of real-world experience in process improvement and implementation that he’s most proud of. He’s savvy enough to help you find money in your operation, and experienced enough to lead you to it.
